How It Works As part of your investigation of EverWorX, we will do a free assessment with a conference call and review answers to our handy Service Assessment Checklist. If you are considering a WAN deployment, we can conduct a "soft" search of telecom carrier services to gauge coverage (our current Clients average above 99% on xDSL/Cable/Wireless broadband). We would then design a tentative network topology, generate a proposal that wraps ALL costs (installation, hardware, software, ongoing support, carrier services) into a monthly program. LAN-side enhancements and upgrades that are necessary when upgrading your WAN can be included in our program. If you need new POS, printers, credit card, kiosks, we can wrap it all into the same monthly EverWorX fee. When we are awarded a contract, we build a project plan and can deploy as many as 500 sites per week. Once the network and applications are operational there is typically is a brief "burn-in" period and then the network is commissioned. If a site goes down, normally, we will be the first to know and have already begun recovery activities to bring the affected site back online. If the site is down you do not pay for telecommunications service during the outage. We are capable of addressing problems on-site in as little as two hours for a critically down circuit and provide our Clients with full visibility through our web-based network monitoring tools and access to our Technical Assistance Center 24x7x365. Payment options include a simple monthly recurring charge however, those Clients interested in breaking the payment program into an up-front and a recurring combination will find complete flexibility with Televerge.
